Sorghum is one of the most nutritious gluten-free flours available and gives a mild flavoured bread that holds together well.

Easy to follow instructions, you only need water, oil, yeast and a mixer. Also compatible with most bread machines with a gluten free setting.

Makes 1 loaf of bread or can be shaped into 8 or more buns.

Ingredients: Sorghum Flour, Potato Starch, Tapioca Starch, Millet Flour, Potato Flour, Psyllium Husk, Sugar, Salt (Made in a facility that also uses: milk, tree nuts)
